I tried. Interface is translated, but folders and items are not.

Import to 2.x doesn't help :(

Hello In the kdb file there are some folders and items with the name in russian. Instead of russian symbols, question marks are displayed. The language of the application is english. The system language is russian. If I change the language of the application to russian, then all the inscriptions in the interface are displayed with question marks. The names of folders and items too.
