I tried both Jack and Asio LinkPro but couldn't get either of them to work. Cables worked without problems, straight away. Audio interfaces are cheap! More software means more load on your computer, perhaps more latency than hardware introduces. I have read in Jamulus docs a clear message "Jamulus requires exclusive access to the audio interface." So : if you are running Jamulus and Zoom on the same computer, get two audio interfaces, one for each. Then cross wire them with Y-cables, and you are in biz. That's what to do if you have some participants who are only in Zoom and you need a way to send them the Jamulus sound so they can sing along while muted in Zoom, and at the coffee-break you want to let the Zoomers and Jamulans chat to each...

@hk1020 Do not despair !! I am in a 100-person choir in County Wicklow, Ireland. We have a small number of Jamulans and most of the choir remain as Zoomers. Lots of useful info docs on how to connect sound in both directions on the Facebook group Jamulus Choir Community, in the Files tab. Although, I have had terrible experience trying to cross-connect J & Z on Windows using software (Jack audio, ASIO Link Pro) - nothing worked ! In the end, we take the signals out of the computer and cross connect...
