Hello, i have a problem in the first of running citespace. in the software for reading the data, i have this error. No data files found ... 1) is the data directory correctly specified? 2) 2) data files must be named as download.... All above items have been followed, but it gives an error.

Dear Professor Chen, Unfortunately I am unable to install citespace. I am using win10, I would install the software with the .exe , Jar or bat file but I cannot even run the installer. When I click on the .exe, command prompt pops up for a moment, but it closes immediately, and nothing happens. I have already shut down Windefender real time protection, in order to avoid virus blocking, still no result. What should I do? Thanks in advance
