    Those "possible precedence problem" warnings are from the kernel-doc perl script -- I guess that you're using a new version of Perl which emits the warnings. They shouldn't be relevant to this docutils issue, I think. (We're going to upgrade our kernel-doc script to the kernel's current one, which is a complete rewrite in Python; that will fix these warnings as a side effect.)
