    Since WSL2, the Linux run in a light virtual machine and you can't use 127.0.0.1 loopback and expect to reach a service (VcXsrv in this case) running on the Windows side - this is a known limitation.     VcXsrv 1.20.8.1 When I launch VcXsrv by double-clicking on program Icon or shortcut Or by typing "C:\Program Files\VcXsrv\vcxsrv.exe" at an interactive command prompt, The X Server is launched and command returns. Fine. When "C:\Program Files\VcXsrv\vcxsrv.exe" is executed as part of a CMD-File, the X Server is launched but the command does not immediately returns.
