Problem solved. And now using ChatGPT to help with setting up the sound exactly how I want. I believe my initial issue was that my realtek audio driver from motherboard vendor did not install properly. And, using generic high definition audio doesn't work with EQ APO and Peace.

I've been using EqAPO and Peace for many years on my Win10 system. After doing a clean Win11 install, I can't get it to work properly. Where are the presets from the bottom left white box? I had many presets there to choose from when I was using this on a Win10 system? Does EqAPO work properly with generic High Definition Audio drivers from microsoft? I'm not sure whether to use my motherboards Realtek audio drivers or just the HD audio from windows update? Thank you
