However, If you have 2 (or more) tuner and are setup to record a single channel on each recording then I don't think there is optimisation on selecting which card is used. So with overlapping recordings I think you could find both cards recording from the same mux even though it could (I think) have used the same mix that an existing recording is running from. In UK all (I think) HD channels are on the same mux and SD channels are spread across multiple muxes. So you can end up with not enough tuners...

I don't think browsers have moved to https-only for web servers on the local network ... otherwise people would not be able to access things like the setup pages of most home WiFi access points. So this should not be an issue for most people. I haven't tried it ... but escaping the bracket might work 1) Paul On 8 Jan 2021, at 21:47, Tony Fussell tonyfussell@users.sourceforge.net wrote: Hi, I have a search going in a watch list that looks for any "Episode 1" so that I can catch the beginning of a series. One way is from the web interface - http://localhost:8420/servlet/SystemDataRes the HTTP Server Version field - in mine it is JC.289 Of course, that only works if it is updated there for each release. But given that the latest is JC.290 and I know I am one release behind then it looks good. Hello, Can the set of allowed characters be extended to include open/close brackets ()? I ask because I post recording requests directly into TVSchedulerPro (from my own external application) and I specify the file name but it gets normalised. I want to include the release year for films (where I have it) ... so that the file name is something like Casino Royale (1967).ts or Casino Royale (2006).ts I want to be able to specify that format to help a subsequent importer that parses the file name to...

Here is the scenario ... 2 tuners - 1 is DVB-T and the other can do DVB-T and DVB-T2 (HD). When queing a TV recording I can specifiy which channel I want (by name) but not which tuner. This usually works out OK as TV Scheduler Pro tries the 2nd if the first is busy. However, if I have over-lapping recordings from differnet mux and one of them is a DVB-T2 channel then it might not work becasue TVSP might have happened to pick the DVB-T2 tuner to record the DVB-T channel. So it means one tuner going...
