Thanks... I did some "research" in the meantime and no, its not bluetooth or wifi, device is from the early 2000 or earlier... It uses ISM Band, 433 MHz and BPSK phase modulation. Directly after the analog amplifier stage it gets digitalized and NRZI encoded... you can read more in this german forum: https://www.mikrocontroller.net/topic/466417#5693154 I stopped looking deeper into the device because I am stuck at NRZI encoded data and my knowlege to decode that does not exist...
