I just had about same problem with 2.7.2-1-6483, setup done with ITIL. I have install successfully the IPAM for iTop, DHCP Management and IP request management. But the DNS Zone Management failed without error, even if the popup installation window said Successfully installed (see attachment).

I just had this same problem with 2.7.2-1 too.
