Hi Paul, thanks for your suggestion. I am sorry but I did not explain well my goal. I want to use KeePass on my laptop and my smartphone. The master password should be secured by using 2-factor authentication. Of course I could use, for example, Google Authenticator App for creating an OTP and use this with a password as the master key for the database. Dear KeePass Community, can anyone suggest me a device which can be used as an OTP token for enhancing the security of my master password. I was looking into YubiKey but my smartphone does not have NFC such that I would be limited in using KeePass on my laptop. Therefore a device like RSA securID, a hardware token with screen, would be much better suited. But I could not find any hardware token with display which supports KeePass.
