Hello there; Ballerburg - does it run with you? - Question 1 - For learning I use Landlord and Ballerburg. Hello all of you, I am new to programing. Using Linux Mint Mate 18.3. Get installed X11-Basic, see it in Terminal and in Menu. It runs. Then if I type there PRINT "Hello X11-world" it shows 'Hello X11-world' on scren. So fare so nice. If I write that to a file name.bas I can't get it started. If I use XLOAD I will navigate and see that file. and so on, nothing works. Now it works with Landlord because I located that file new directly in to my home directory. sorry, but yesterday I stop trying with 1.4.4-1, ( use 1.4.3-1 and will wait for 1.4.4-2), see added logfile. My main question concerning more printing functions is not answered now, please. A wider border when printing out directly from TC would be very useful!! The possibility to set the margin width by direct printing out of TC is even better.

Aaron Wolf, thanks , I will try to reset. Uunfortunately it is a roller coaster for me with v1.4.4-1 / see todays logfile. Can the use of Python 2.7 be the cause? Have good times Til Peter

Hello Aaron Wolf and readers, today by now (Dez 11. 2018 at 23.20 MEZ / CET I use TC 1.4.4-1 and it work like it should. Even if I close it, no error at all, and no new entry in the taskcoach log.txt. I do not understand it. Things happen. Thanks for your watching. What remains is that as an old load from the previous installation with each restart a calendar view opens, which can not be closed. This happend with v1.4.3 and also with v1.4.4-1.
