I followed the instructions in .../abcplus_en-2017-11-01/README but when I ran make I got (errors relating to mweight.sty followed by?): "! LaTeX Error: File `fontaxes.sty' not found." I seem to havce fixed this by: sudo apt install texlive-formats-extra ... but am not sure if this is a good fix or overkill. Perhaps you could take a look and modify the README if necessary. BTW, if I could have found a ready generated 'abcplus_en.pdf', I would have chickened out and just downloaded that!
