I've had this software for several years and for the most part I love it. It's very large right now and I'm occasionally looking for a particular entry and forgot what group it's in. Is there a search feature?
Thanks so much, that worked!!! Transferring database to a new laptop
Hi, Thanks for your response. I didn't have the same version, but I do now. I don't have Drop-Box, so I did a "save as" on the database on the old pc and cut & pasted it to a thumb-drive. I opened it up on the new pc and I still have the same problem. The list with the items shows up fine, but when I double click on any item, nothing happens. On my new laptop, I downloaded the password Safe from the website. On my old laptop, I created a backup file, then I emailed it to my new laptop, I also tried it with a memory stick. After several attempts, I managed to open up the backup file, but I can't view the content of any item. Is there a better way to do this? PLease help. Thank you
