    When I copy the JARs into the dropins folder of Eclipse Oxygen, the DITA menu items are unavailable. The DITA plugins are also unavailable in the list of installed plugins from the Help menu. The workspace log also doesn't give me information that I understand. If I copy the JARs into the plugins folder, I get the same result. Can you give me tips to troubleshoot the plugin installation? Any feedback is most welcome.
