When using the German user interface it's not possible to find this option because of a wrong transation. Switch to English or look here: Optionen... \ Tab: Tastaturkürzel \ Option: "Benannte Kopie" There you have to setup your own shortcut.

They call it "Benannte Kopie" which means "named copy". Use this phrase instead: "Unformatiert Einfügen". Besides, the next option "Save current clipboard" in German is too long.
