Hi community, on Linux using unzip, I can use unzip -O <encoding> file.zip to extract files with non utf-8 encoded filenames correctly. On Windows using 7zip, is there way to specify the character encoding option? Currently the only way I know is to change Windows system locale and reboot.</encoding>
