Hi Roland,I see now that I gave the wrong preference setting. It should have been:Edit>Preferences>Dialogs, when "Confirm execute text files" is unchecked XFE will no longer run bash shell programs (by double clicking or pressing enter) My apologies for my error. Thank you Roland for your reply. My use is to mount removable drives or file shares without editing /etc/fstab. Currently I can do it with scripts/programs in the scripts folder, but would like to do it from an icon in the tool bar. Would it be possible to add an icon to the Tools toolbar where the user could specify a custom action? I think this would add functionality for many users.
