Changed docLengthList to a LinkedHashMap instead of a LinkedList of pairs so that I can use .containsKey when I get the length of the document. This should reduce the time but I'm committing before I put all the docs in my eclipse to check.

Fixed issue where currentWord was getting set to more than one token after the first token.

Fixed the issues with adding to docList too many time and reset it at the end of every loop. Code should be near turnin condition now

Many changes. Revised sorting slightly. Moved stop word checking into the line loop. Added weight functionality. Currently prints out doc name followed by weight.

Added sorting functionality on the query

New LinkedHashMap is implemented as a single HashMap. Added a pair class. Refactored some names. PopulateList changed to add all words from docs in the new format using a linkedlist.
