Hey guys, im new to iTop and currently implementing iTop in my organisation. I have a question regarding security incidents. As far as i know securitiy incidents are "normal" incidents but maybe get a own service category. So far so good. Is there a way to "hide" these security incidents? It might be a goo idea if not every agent could see security incidents right away. Currently we are using the community editon but will upgrade to the paid version later this year. Best regards
