When you open the installer, use everything to find the temporary folder whose first six letters are "gentee". When you find the folder, click next. If downloading repository.txt is failed, download repository.txt manually from sourceforge.net. If succeeded, choose the version you want to download, and download the package from sourceforge.net. Then put the package into the temporary folder whose first letter is "gentee". Then go back to the installer, choose where you want to install and click "Next"....

I find a good way to install mingw-w64 by using installer. Declaration: The file repository.txt should be downloaded successfully. When the settings messagebox shows, go to find repository.txt("Everything" is recommanded). Then you will find that text file is in the cache directory on your computer. Then download the package from SourceForge, and move it to the directory where repository.txt is. Next, choose what you want to download and click "Next", and you will find the installation succeed.
