Yes, code 0. Have run a collection just now (with 500mb buffer and I think 1200 second timeout) and got 6,700+ 'No Synopsis Available' across just over 100,000 programmes. Double checking random samples against the epg on the set top box does show a synopsis present. I've noticed a similar problem with Sky UK OpenTV collection too - many thousands (7,000 - 19,000) of 'No Synopsis Available' in a typical collection of around 90,000 records. I've tried increasing the buffer size and the collection timeouts, these sometimes reduce the numbers a little but don't remedy the issue completely. I do notice that it was completely reliable on an older machine (which unfortunately died) but on other machines the problem occurs and cannot be eliminated. I don't think it...
