Hello, I would like to use Gwyddion to calculate the curvature of craters made using CO2 laser ablation which gives pretty smooth and round profile. I have tried couple of fitting options for the crater profile such as the Boltzmann step fit and the smooth step fit which gives a perfect fit but I don't know how to extract the data of interest, knowing the depth and the radius of curvature of the crater.
