This is a Windows 11 security limitation, not a VeraCrypt permission issue. On Windows 11, encrypted volumes mounted in a normal user session cannot be accessed over the network. Even if share and NTFS permissions are set correctly, Windows blocks network access and returns “Access denied.” Unencrypted drives are not affected, which is why they work. Fix: 1.
