Update: I did speak to Microsoft about making the change on 365 for the amount of connections available and it's not possible - it would be a global thing and can't be changed on a per-account basis. If there's anything you can do on your end, I'd be grateful. I also linked to them this program, the engineer I was working with was impressed.

That's weird, because during my testing I had no problem installing and running it on my laptop with Win 10 CU.
Syncing Sub-Folders?
Unfortunately since it's Office 365 and not an on-prem Exchange server it's not that easy. I've already opened a ticket with Microsoft about this to see if any change can be made at all.
Yes. Even if I set it as low as 10 it has the same error.
Limited amount of items you can open
New update: Is does in fact work! But it was very slow for something and locked up Outlook. I decided to let it run overnight to see what would happen. I'm attaching the latest complete log. Look at the info starting at 5/4/2017 at 5:10 PM, you may gain some insight on why it locked up Outlook but eventually works.
