Hi! first of all, if you are about DigitalClock4 - it is no longer maintained, there is DigitalClock5 as a replacement. DigitalClock4 moves to the primary screen when the secondary is disconnected and this will not be changed as it is unsupported anymore. DigitalClock5 had some bugs in a few versions, and some issues / corner cases (as mentioned "after sleep") may still exist, will check. not working "stay on top" in different cases is eternal problem since ~2015, this is not controllable by me and...

Digital Clock disappearing on a full screen application
Hello, there is an option "show in fullscreen mode" in version 5 (similar option exists in version 4 too). try to enable it. app restart may be required to take effect. but beware - it still may not work for all the applications. unfortunately, fullscreen windows are special (regardless of Windows documentation that claims that there is no such thing as "fullscren window" at all), system definitely treat them in different way. even more, windows rendered using DirectX (like games and good media players)...
