You seem to be confusing Hertz (Hz) - which is the unit that measures frequency, with... kbps - which audio-wise refers to audio file/data compression (this part you seem to understand - based on what you measured above). I take you noticed a similarity in numerical values - where "coincidentally" both use 192 as a measurement (even a standard if you will).
