It works fine with FastSID. I don't care too much about audio quality, I'm fine with this. Thanks for your advises!

Thanks @compyx and @dqh. I can confirm that the issue is related to sound. When I turn off sound completely, emulation speed is back to normal. However, increasing buffer size/fragment size and reducing sampling rate didn't help at all. I'll try building with FastSID later today.
