Hi Charlie, good morning. Many thanks for taking the time to reproduce the error. The file dummy4.nc is created after running the script EVI_LSWI_to_WRF.sh using all the files in the .zip as input. On the other hand, if you prefer not running the script, I've just uploaded the file dummy4.nc to the same Drive folder (here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HHCeE3kuAkh2mOj8QjRo3Bo6BhPrIrEs?usp=sharing). Hello everyone, I'm using "ncks -A -v evi dummy4.nc wrfinput_d01" to append the variable evi to the file wrfinput_d01 in nco v5.0.6. The command seems to run successfully, but when I try to open wrfinput_d01 with ncview, it raises the error "netcdf_varindex_to_name: error on nc_inq_var call". I couldn't open the file with Python netcdf4 library neither. The file didn't have any problem before doing ncks. Could it be a nco problem?
