Thats a pity. But then i have to look for other solutions. Because i need to analyze alot of samples and Gwyddion is the perfect tool for my afm images but not sutable at all for mass analyzation. Thanks David

Hey there, because i did not find any clear answer so far i will ask in a new topic. Im using Python 3 along with Anaconda on Windows. Is it possible to install gwy module somehow and use gwyddion function in pyton? This would be great. Thanks in advance Lukas
