Sometimes it's difficult to adjust the threshold for the automatic detection, I guess due to low contrast. Dear All I have two questions, that are kind of linked. 1) I have videos of mice in the open field arena but unfortunately in some of them arena is not located well and is placed a bit diagonally. How should I define my area in this case to avoid animal going out from the arena and not changing the arena dimensions? 2) I understand in the open field I need to have the animal visible in the arena at all times, as there is no refuge in which animal can disappear and when I have animal "invisible",...
