I'm trying to simulate large valves opening and closing which usually take about 20 secs to fully open or close. The dynamic simulation works when the valve actuator delay is set to 0 sec, but if I set it to any value, the valves don't operate during the dynamic simulation. I have the valves set to Gen Service Cv with use opening % vs Cv. Also, does the valve actuator delay just delay the 100% open by the delay or does it use the % open vs Cv divided by the delay to calculate the flow?

Hi, I'm trying to use the Flowsheet UO block and copy data off of the master property table in the linked flowsheet (after clicking view flowsheet) once it's solved, however the units are different the original flowsheet configuration and different from the flowsheet units which is referencing it though the block. Is there a way to change the units for this table? Mike

Hi, I just want to know if the icons have changed from Update 6 to 10. I opened a simulation for the first time in a month and updated to 10 and now all the units are monochrome blue and frankly just don't look as good as before. I reinstalled update 6 but they look the same as in 10. I just wanted to make sure it's not something else with my computer. Thanks Mike
