Please accept my apologies for my slow response. The game wouldn't start with the DXW file from the last post 4 days ago so I reverted to the DXW file from 2024-06-14. I then modified the settings to include the following highlighted in the above, those being; 1) set the DirectX render "D3D9". It seems that the default "surface emulation" can have some problems here ... 2) set the "Disable DEP" and "Handle exception" flags. I apologise, the post was originally a reply earlier in the thread and when I posted it at the bottom I should have clarified. This relates to FA Premiership Manager 99. I have moments ago tried running the game using v2_06_13 The game starts fine loading up from the attached save game and I go straight into the match. The match plays out without issue (in 2d) and the players walk off, the game now freeze and within a couple of seconds notifies "not responding", staying on the post match result screen,...

I loved this game when it was originally released and have searched for ways to get it working for years, then I saw this post, downloaded the game, dxwnd (version 2.06.05 as this appears to be the version used by the creator of the dxw file) and I was very excited as the game worked.
