The message observed in the log is '<m:CreateItem SendMeetingInvitations="SendToAllAndSaveCopy" MessageDisposition="SendAndSaveCopy">' which is what you expect (but for the order ot attributes).

I should be able to check the EWS messages for the following content. What's the recommended way to log the message content (request and response from the server)?
