Running into the same thing, we're trying to store in an azure page blob, but when we try and upload the file, we get a "File must be set to 512k boundary this file is set to 32456k" any thoughts on how to make this work?

We have a DB on a server, that multiple people currently access via the master pw. We want to add second factor auth for everyone that accesses the db. We need this for insurance purposes.

Can anyone tell me if using google authenticator with the OtpKeyProv plugin supports multiple users? I have a team that needs to get this 2nd factor set up, but it's only working for the first person to get their G-Auth to work.
