I download podcasts every day using "Juice", which puts each podcast into a folder, then I run an AutoHotkey script that I wrote, to unpack them all and transfer them to my MP3 player. The MP3 player has 8Gb for podcasts, and it also has a 64Gb SD card in it which appears as a separate drive, and when the script has stored the MP3 files, it does a backup of lots of my important files onto the SD card.
