is this the same issue as ticket #45 ?, Either way, this "workaround" is very temperamental, and I can only get it to work once in a blue moon, so I've decided to just not apply fx to A1, A2 and A3

For those who come across this post in future: the problem that I was running into, (which is likely what caused this problem) was that I installed ReaPlugs, which caused ReaJS to decide to get it's plugins from %appdata%/REAPER/Effects, which of course was inacessible from the audio service. The fix I found on youtube is to include the following file as reajs.ini [ReaJS] rootpath=<<path to JS folder at same level as ReaJS.dll>> for me <<path level="" same="" js="" to="" as="" at="" folder="" reajs.dll="">>...
