So to sum it up (Maybe for future people searching for the same question): You basically tell the config.txt what to load, in my case I want the EQ settings for my Arctis 7, so I set that up in the peace.txt. Then I want the "RNN plugin" for my mic, so I generated a microphone.txt, and in that text file I tell APO what to do (set devices, load plugins, preamps, etc.). Then you simply "call" (include) the microphone.txt in the main config.txt....

Yeah, selecting Arctis 7 AND Realtek didn't make sense, I think I selected it to be "sure" that it's working, but its working anyways when selecting Arctis 7 only, so I ditched Realtek now. Hello there, I'm currently using a Arctis 7 Headset (without its microphone) which works perfectly fine with all my EQ presets. Now I have an external USB mic (some cheap Fifine mic for $25) and I read that I can improve the quality of it with APO or Peace.
