I have a script that mounts a veracrypt-encrypted SD Card with the command veracrypt /q /v \device\harddisk1\partition0 /l w: /a /p 12345678 and then writes a backup of another - already open - veracrypt volume - and that works fine. But when I boot up the computer while another USB drive is connected, that SD card becomes harddisk2 and my script does not work anymore. Is there a different way to address a specific drive, more specific to the drive? I know that in linux I have other options to address...

I just started using VC on Ubuntu and want to use it completely from the command line. But even with -t an file window opens with the newly mounted volume. Is there a way to prevent this window from opening and VC just quietly opening my container? Thanks - Merlin
Hi, I tried my upgrade to 5.0.1 today (from 4.2.2) and am running into a problem, and hope that somebody is able to help me debugging this.
