I had the same problem, and seem to have a simple solution: (TeXstudio 2.12.2, Using Qt Version 5.6.2, compiled with Qt 5.6.2 R) Have an Acer ultrabook, Windows 10, and a new 4K separate monitor. Everything works fine in single-display modes, but in “extend” mode TeXStudio adapts the scaling to the Acer screen and it’s messed up on the 4K screen.
