I too have been epxloring the MeasureImageSimilarity tool, and built it from code to get the most recent version as you suggested, which was succesful. I have a question about the neighborhood cross-correlation, and I hope you can help. I have read: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20851191 and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17659998 which explained how the neighborhood cross-correlation is defined.
