Clonezilla
It works now so... So basically , I cloned my first disk , a 120go of storage (ssd) to a nvme of 250go with clonezilla , I did use all the good options and the k1 option , I restarted my pc after and when I go to the Explorer to make sure nothing is wrong ,it show 120 go of storage (sorry if I make spelling mistakes I'm not native to English so...) https://imgur.com/a/DmbyKKC https://imgur.com/a/2SMellf
