I'd like to stop using 1Password and switch to KeePass because it's free, but the only thing holding me back is that I have a Chromebook next to my Windows laptop. Is there a way I can still use KeePass + autofill on a Chromebook? Are there any apps or extensions for this that are still maintained?
And what if I secure my database with a master password and the KeeChallenge plugin, is this more secure than a master password + keyfile?
Could I safely store my KeePass database with passwords and OTPs in the cloud? And is it safe to save the keyfile of my database in a folder on my Android phone, because I also want to have access to the database with Keepass2Android from my phone?
I currently use 1Password 7 to store and manage my passwords. But I might want to switch to KeePass because it's free. I only have one question about saving one-time passwords (OTP). In 1Password you can save one-time passwords in your vaults. I know this is also possible in KeePass by using the KeeOtp or Tray TOTP plugins. But is it safe and reliable to store an OTP in KeePass, even if my database is double protected with a master password and keyfile or yubikey?
