Hello Chaomei, Unfortunately I have been experiencing the same issue with CiteSpace 6.1 R2. I have been running into the same issue all day where I just can't seem to convert the RIS files from Scopus to WoS, the cursor keeps spinning to no avail. I would ask if you can do it for me but I have multiple files that need conversion, and I think it would be easier if you could provide a way that would make it operable for me please? Thanks Marl
