Hello, Since cppcheck 2.17 I see that there are a lot of new information messages: "Limiting analysis of branches...". But the command line I use is 'cppcheck --enable=warning,style, performance, portability' so I expect not to see 'information'. Thank you.

Hello, I am facing a crash with cppcheck 2.8 on windows (not tested linux). With attached zip you may reproduce the problem by launching run.bat. Crash does not occur 100% of the time in release mode, however in debug with Visual Studio I have an exception each time. Thank you for your help PS: I believe this in linked to the multi-thread, without "-j 8" not problem

Hello, I have an error I don't understand with attached cpp file. new3.cpp:22:14: error: Memory is allocated but not initialized: nc [uninitdata] delete[] nc; I don't get two things: - first why this error (assuming intersection function fills the values of xc, yc, nc) - second why xc, yc are not seen uninitialized like nc Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have a warning I don't understand with attached cpp: new4.cpp:10:23: style: Variable 'icoin[nb]' is assigned a value that is never used. [unreadVariable] icoin[nb] = i; I've debugged it and values of icoin from index 0 to 6 are indeed used... Thanks for helping me sorting this out. PS: don't try to make sense of this code ;)

Hello, I am facing a warning in cppcheck (new in 2.8) I don't understand, with attached file.cpp I get: new2.cpp:14:33: style: Condition 'std::min(apple,banana)!=-1' is always true [knownConditionTrueFalse] if (std::min(apple, banana) != -1) { From my point of view, the case apple=-1 and banana=2 makes this a false positive, but maybe I missed something. Thanks for helping me.
