Hi Timmy, "skfsFQDN" returned from the webservice is indeed the hostname set for SKFS. Can you please share the output for the following commands: shell> cat /etc/hosts shell> hostname Thanks Mansi

Hi Ashfaqur, Based on the screenshots you shared, SKFS was able to communicate with the web application. A preregister request was received by SKFS, and a challenge was returned in the response with the ID "ddns.net." The issue appears to be at the browser level, where the correct RPID is not set in the JavaScript create credentials option call. Was the code in the web application modified? Thanks Mansi

Hi Ashfaqur, To replicate the error that you encountered, we ran the tutorial on a Rocky VM with a custom DNS domain similar to yours - "rockyvm.ddns.net" with RPID set as "ddns.net". We successfully registered and authenticated using Firefox on both Windows and Linux machines and were unable to replicate the browser error that you saw. To ensure that we have the correct FQDN for the appserver and SKFS, can you please share the hosts file from both the windows and the Ubuntu machine( where web application...

Would it possible for you to run the most basic JAVA web application to test SKFS ? https://docs.strongkey.com/index.php/skfs-v3/skfs-developer/sample-applications/skfs-sample-code-basic-java-sample-application Thanks Mansi

You can learn more about the policy section here: https://docs.strongkey.com/index.php/skfs-v3/skfs-administration/skfs-security/skfs-policy SKFS installation script by default creates eight domains with eight different FIDO policies, which can be modified and updated. Please refer the link below on how to update a policy: https://docs.strongkey.com/index.php/skfs-v3/skfs-how-to/skfs-policy-questions/update-policy There is also a proof of concept (PoC) JAVA application demonstrating the enforcement...

Hi Sanath, To test SKFS, you will need a Rocky Linux distribution. You can install SKFS on a Virtual Machine (VM) on a windows or Mac using any of the freely available Virtualization software. https://docs.strongkey.com/index.php/skfs-v3/skfs-installation/skfs-installation-standalone Thanks Mansi

Hi Ashfaqur, The error screenshot indicates that the challenge decode failed because a correct response was not received from the StrongKey FIDO Server (SKFS). To verify if SKFS is deployed correctly, please share the server.log with us and the output of the ping command. Please follow the steps below to get the server.log. Run the commands on the machine where SKFS is deployed: 1: Login as "strongkey" user. 2: cd /usr/local/strongkey/payara5/glassfish/domains/domain1/logs or type alias 'aslg' 3:...
