Hi, Thank you for your answer. I have backups but they dont open either. I have also the emergency sheet but it is not helping. I have been using keepass for 2 years and never had a problem. I dont find a solution for me... It would be a disaster to lose all my passwords... Regards, Alexandre

Hi, I need help, I use the Master Key with the 3 security: Master password, key file and windows user account. And now I cant access to my password database. I still use the same windows account, I did not change my password and the key file is the same. I dont understand what happen. The only thing that changed is that I was connected with a vpn recently then it begin to disfunction. Do you have somethink that can help me retrieve all my passwords please?
