Using GTK Gnutella only for private/local network (without internet)

Hi all, I want to use wireshare only for private setup without internet. I have devices connected to each other without internet and want to share files between each other. Is it possible that way or not? I am trying to find local IP address and search files but unable to connect. I will appreciate if I can get some help. Regards, Malik

Hi everyone. Hope you all are well. I am trying to implement SEB and would like to upload the files from mobile without leaving the computer browser. Students should open the exam in SEB browser and write the exam on the papers. Once the exam is finished, they scan the documents on mobile and upload them. Is their a workable soultion for that?
