Hi Ronald, Yes! Version 0.4 installed into Windows 10 fine. I don't use POIs so haven't noticed any difference between this and 0.2. I've only been using Offroad to help me edit themes to use in Osmand on Android. Hopefully Christian will fix the POI problem for you soon.

I have to say "me too" ! I've been running v0.2 for some time with no problems, however I also can't get v0.3 to run. In Process Explorer I can see that javaw.exe starts up be soon closes.
