Nope, setting the path to pear core does not solve the problem - same error here.
Same behaviour on my SeedDMS installation after upgrading from 5.1.9 to 5.1.10. There is only a blank site. I thought path to pear directory ist optional?

You´re welcome! I'm glad it works now. Yes, you have to add index.php/ at the end of URL. Correct! Otherwise you have a folder "index.php". I think its normal. Regards, MaFa

And memory_limit > post_max_size? After making these changes, you may need to restart Apache.
