Don, It is completely achievable, you must create the VOB files externally, must be LPCM 24/96, with a still image in the background, the bit rate must not exceed certain parameters that I do not have at hand, but you can do some research or run tests. Then you import the VOB into DVDStyler, select copy and check the checkbox "do not remultiplex / transcode", which you can only check if the VOB is valid. Good luck with that.
